This hotel is in a perfect location, just outside the city center but still close enough to walk. It is situated in a quiet partially residential area, making it a peaceful place to stay. The service provided by the staff, from the manager down, is truly five-star. They made me feel like family and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff, especially Roberto, were very helpful in organising taxis for us to and from the airport, and also into town for the wedding we were attending. The room was basic but clean.
Breakfast was very poor, as was the service for coffee/tea/fresh milk, etc.

I was in the hotel only for a night with my family in a triple room. The hotel is near the center of the city in a silent area, the room was clean enough, the breakfast was nice.
The room was a bit noisy, I mean you can hear well your neighbors.

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and the food was good, with a nice variety offered every day. the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful historical towns in the region.
The room was a bit outdated and could use some sprucing up. the air conditioning system didn't work well and the noise from a nearby funfair was a bit bothersome.

We were traveling to Gubbio, and it was the closest one available to the old town. I thought it was closer than the map indicated. Very small, basic room, but ok for one night. Bathroom was small, but could fit 2 people and good hot water in shower. Recommend for families, but not for older couples. Short drive to parking lot and then entrance to town. Breakfast was a big buffet and 6-7 types of cakes, as well as hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, juice, yogurt and cereal.
The underground parking did not have a connection to the hotel and you had to roll your suitcases up the car ramp. Better option is the outdoor parking although you get a little confused with all the rv campers parking close by. We are traveling as a family of four, with two teenagers, so a quad room consists of a king or queen bed squished over and a metal bunk bed set up for the teens. Very crowded with the suitcases which were small carry ons. Hotel has no view. Our room, #308, was over the kitchen and over looked the garage and parking lot with the RV campers. Noisy inside with kids running around halls and bouncing off the walls, as well as campers outside and smells from kitchen.

The Christmas decorations were lovely and there was a festive atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing plenty of information about the local area and activities. The location, in the mountains, offered beautiful views and an escape from city life.
The hotel itself was quite run down and in need of some repairs, with shabby carpets and outdated decor. The meals were basic and lacked variety.
